Richard Allely
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Richard Allely is the CEO of PMP, previously holding the position of CFO and Company Secretary for PMP Limited, where he was responsible for all finance support functions in the company, leading a corporate team which provides taxation, treasury, accounting, management information and investor relations support to the Group.
He has over 30 years experience in senior financial and commercial management roles with leading companies including, Tenix Pty Limited (formerly Transfield Pty Limited), John Fairfax Holdings Limited, Boral Limited, James Hardie Industries Limited and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Richard is a past director of John Fairfax Publications Pty Ltd and past Chairman of Australian Property Monitors Pty Ltd and holds an advisory position with the Workcover Authority NSW Audit Committee.
Craig Davison
Executive General Manager - Gordon & Gotch
Craig Davison is responsible for managing the commercial performance and growth of PMP's magazine and fulfilment business which includes Gordon and Gotch. Prior to joining PMP, Craig held Managing Director positions in the Security, Recruitment and Logistics sectors, where he drove and managed change programs across a wide range of industries including FMCG, distribution, retailing and logistics.
With significant experience in leading complex, time-sensitive service businesses, Craig brings a structured and proven approach to PMP.

Peter George
Chief Operating Officer
Mr George is an experienced Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer with an extensive background in telecommunications, media and corporate finance including four years on the Board of Australia’s second largest telecommunications carrier, Optus Communications. Mr George is currently also a Non-Executive Director of Asciano Limited. He was also Executive Director, Strategy and Policy Development Cable and Wireless Optus Ltd from 1998 to 2001, and the Executive Chairman of Nylex Limited 2006 to 2008.

With extensive experience in People Management, Organisational Change and Strategic Planning across sectors including Media, Bio-Tech, Manufacturing and Software, Penny's capabilities complement those of the Executive Management Team and will help us as we continue to transform and re-energise our business.
Adam Crowe
Group General Manager – Procurement & Sustainability
Adam Crowe has 25 years of experience in infrastructure finance and investment, commodity management, treasury and sustainability management.
Adam joined PMP in 2002 and has been managing PMP’s international capital markets activities and syndicated loans together with its exposures in paper, energy, property, insurance and superannuation.
From 1996 to 2002 Adam was the Group Treasurer for P&O PLC London and beforehand Group Treasurer for P&O Australia. Whilst at P&O, Adam managed port project finance in India, Thailand and China plus management of global trade finance exposures. Adam was also involved in sustainability projects such as financial management and divestiture of P&O Australia's investment in Prospect Water Treatment Plant.
Preceding P&O, Adam’s experience spanned 12 years in international capital markets, commodity management and financial markets trading with financial institutions such as Westpac and Macquarie Bank.
Michael Vincent
Group General Manager – Strategy
Michael Vincent leads strategic planning at the organisational level which involves the alignment of the Group and operational strategies with the overall strategic direction of the PMP business . He also takes primary responsibility for identifying and executing on high value, sustainable value creation opportunities which will deliver growth in PMP’s value proposition for customers and shareholders.
Michael joined PMP in November 2009 after a career in chartered accounting with Arthur Andersen and over 10-years in corporate advisory and investment banking with independent corporate advisory firm Beerworth and Partners and more recently with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group. As well as working in Australia, Michael has enjoyed stints in the Middle East and London. Michael brings a strategic outlook and an investment discipline that spans manufacturing, services, mining and resources.
Alistair Clarkson
Company Secretary & General Counsel
Alistair Clarkson is responsible for the assurance and secretarial activities for the company including legal, internal audit and OH&S.
Alistair has over 20 years legal experience and has been one of the company’s legal counsel since 2001.
Anna Cicognani
Executive General Manager - Marketing Services
Anna is the EGM of the Marketing Services division, which includes analytic tools, digital production, graphic design and data management. With a growth agenda in mind, the division is set to expand its product lines and establish strong partnership with suppliers and customers alike. Anna is passionate about new technology and its effects on how we live and interact.
Prior to joining PMP, Anna worked at OzEmail, Telstra, APN and Fairfax, in various GM and C-level roles. She has a design, product and technology background and holds a PhD from the University of Sydney. Anna has published and presented extensively on virtual worlds and online communities at local and international events.
Geoff Stephenson
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO of PMP, Geoff Stephenson is responsible for all finance and support functions in the Company, leading a corporate team covering financial accounting and management reporting, treasury, taxation and investor relations.
Geoff has over 30 years of experience with a range of blue chip companies including Iplex Pipelines, Fairfax Media and Goodman Fielder. He has held a range of senior commercial and financial roles at both a divisional and head office level working in Australia and also offshore.
